A guide to your next move.
Choose a starting deal
Numbered Deals lets you choose a reproducible Spider starting layout on vvvorx.com. Enter a whole deal number between 1 and 4294967295. The number and suit setting together identify the starting shuffle. Select one suit, two suits or four suits before loading the deal.
Load a chosen number
A few details help explain this feature. Load deal applies the number and suit setting in the controls. The Deal number field accepts positive whole numbers within the displayed range. Loading a different number can replace progress saved for the same mode and suit setting. An active unfinished game asks for confirmation before loading another selection.
Reproduce the layout
The following details apply here. A deal number identifies a starting layout rather than a saved position halfway through play. Changing the suit setting changes the deck used to create the deal. The same deal number and suit setting produce the same opening cards with this game's shuffle algorithm. Move choices after the opening are entirely up to the player.
Copy the deal link
The following details apply here. Sharing a link does not transfer another player's move history or statistics. A shared numbered link opens the corresponding starting deal or matching local progress. Copy deal link includes the selected number and suit setting in the page's link fragment. When automatic copying is unavailable, the game displays a selectable link field.
The numbered objective
The following details apply here. A qualifying face-up run is removed automatically. Numbered Spider uses 104 cards arranged in ten columns with a stock pile. Win by completing eight same-suit King-to-Ace sequences. A full descending sequence containing different suits stays on the tableau.
Keep movable groups together
The destination card may belong to another suit in standard Spider. A descending same-suit group can move together as one unit. An exposed card can move onto a card exactly one rank higher. Any legal movable group may enter an empty column.
Prepare another row
The following details apply here. Each stock deal adds one card to each of the ten columns. Fill every empty column before using the stock. Undo can restore the position before a stock deal while the snapshot is available. Five stock deals are available at the beginning of a numbered game.
Replay and new numbers
Keep these points in mind. The current number remains visible beside the game controls. New game chooses another deal number for the current suit setting. Comparing different openings on one number can help you study your own decisions. Replay resets the current number to its original shuffle.
A reproducible deal is not a proof
Keep these points in mind. Some choices can make a position harder even when another line might succeed. Winning Deals provides a separate collection with verified legal solutions. Numbered shuffles are not advertised as guaranteed winnable. The Hint button reports legal options rather than solving the whole game.
Progress on this browser
Here are the details for this mode. My Statistics lists numbered starts and wins separately from ordinary Spider games. A matching saved game resumes when you revisit its number. With saving enabled, Numbered Deals keeps a current game for each suit setting in this browser. Use Privacy & Cookie Settings to manage or clear local records on this domain.
